Who controls the information

Launch update form

If you join the launch list, the site stores the email address you provide, your optional name, the time of consent, and the page where the form was submitted. This information is used only to send updates about The AI Operator and related release information.

Legal basis and consent

The launch update form asks for clear consent before submission. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting the site administrator. Your information will not be sold.

Retention

Launch list information is retained while it is needed for the stated purpose or until you ask for removal. The site administrator can delete individual records from WordPress.

Security

The site uses WordPress security controls, a submission nonce, validation, a hidden anti-spam field, and limited submission frequency. No online service can promise absolute security.

KAI website assistant

KAI is an optional AI guide for the book and illustrative business uses. Text is sent only when you choose to submit a message. That text, together with recent conversation context held in your browser, is deliberately sent to OpenAI's API to generate the reply. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal information.

The site does not save KAI transcripts in WordPress, and KAI requests are configured not to create stored response objects. Recent context remains in your browser for the current conversation and is protected by a server-generated integrity signature; the signature is not a stored transcript. OpenAI processes submitted text under the terms and retention arrangements applying to KSJ Growth's API use; this notice does not claim a specific provider retention period.

Short-lived non-content counters and pseudonymous connection controls are used to limit misuse. Privacy-safe daily totals for requests, replies, failures, quality-guard fallbacks and rate-limited activity may be retained for up to 14 days. They do not contain questions, answers, contact details or conversation identifiers. Routine technical logs follow the hosting provider's operational and security schedule.

KAI cannot access an app, account or rota, buy the book, check retailer stock or price, join the launch list or email anyone. It should not be used for legal, medical or financial advice.

Cookies and analytics

This theme and the KAI assistant do not add advertising cookies or analytics by default. WordPress, the hosting provider, or later plugins may use essential cookies or collect technical logs. This notice should be reviewed if analytics, advertising, embedded media, or additional forms are added.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, remove, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. Contact the site administrator to make a request.
